Pay school fees

Pay your child's school fees directly from the mobile app via Mobile Money, without travelling to the school.

View pending fees​

  1. Tap "Finance" in the navigation
  2. Select your child
  3. The page shows:
    • Fees due by type (Tuition, Registration, Transport, etc.)
    • Total amount to pay
    • Instalment breakdown if payment is in instalments
    • History of payments made

Making a payment​

  1. Tap "Pay" on the relevant fee row
  2. Verify the amount
  3. Select your Mobile Money operator:
    • MTN MoMo
    • Orange Money
  4. Enter your Mobile Money number
  5. Confirm → a payment request is sent to your phone
  6. Approve the transaction on your phone (notification from your operator)
  7. You receive a confirmation in the app

Payment tracking​

All your payments are listed with:

  • Date and time
  • Fee type
  • Amount
  • Status: Confirmed / In progress / Failed

Payment receipt​

Tap a confirmed payment to view the detailed receipt. You can download or share it.

Payment not confirmed

If your payment remains "In progress" for more than 10 minutes, contact the school secretariat or your Mobile Money operator. Do not try to pay again before the status is confirmed.

Cash payment

If you prefer to pay in cash, go directly to the school secretariat. The accountant will record your payment and it will appear in your app.
