Install the HEMLE mobile app

The HEMLE mobile app is available on Android and iOS. It lets you follow your children, pay school fees, view report cards, and communicate with the school.

Create your parent account​

  1. Open the app → Choose your language (Français / English)
  2. Tap "Sign up"
  3. Enter your phone number — an OTP code is sent to you by SMS
  4. Enter the received code → your number is verified
  5. Enter your email → a second verification code is sent
  6. Enter the email code
  7. Enter your first name and last name
  8. Create your password
  9. Optional: enable biometric login (fingerprint / Face ID)
  10. Allow push notifications (strongly recommended)

Sign in​

  1. Open the app
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Tap "Sign in"

If you enabled biometrics, a simple fingerprint scan is enough for subsequent logins.

Forgot your password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password". Enter your email — a reset link will be sent to you.
