1. How to Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your HEMLE account and the personal data associated with it, you can submit a request using one of the following methods: Email request: Send an email to developpeurs@ibs-cm.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address or phone number associated with your account. In-app request: Open the HEMLE mobile app → Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete my account. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request. Once your request is received, our team will process it within 30 days and send a confirmation to your registered email address.
2. What Data Is Deleted
Upon confirmed deletion of your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems: • Your personal profile: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo • Your login credentials and authentication sessions • Your push notification tokens and device identifiers • Your in-app messages and conversations • Your event participations and homework submissions • Your linked children's association with your account (the children's own school records are not deleted) Data deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access any information or history associated with it.
3. What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained after account deletion for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons: Financial records: payment history and transaction records linked to school tuition fees may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with applicable accounting regulations. This data is retained by the school, not by HEMLE. Audit logs: anonymized activity logs used for security and fraud prevention may be retained for up to 12 months. Aggregated and anonymized statistics: data that cannot be used to identify you individually may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes. If your account was created through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, please also revoke HEMLE's access through your Google or Apple account settings.
