The financial report provides a detailed view of collections and outstanding amounts by class and by student for the current academic year (or past years).

Wallet — balance and financial report

What the report contains​

For each class:

  • Total expected fees
  • Total collected
  • Total remaining to collect
  • Recovery rate

For each student:

  • Breakdown by fee type
  • Amount paid vs amount due
  • Balance

Year-end report​

During the financial closure of the year, a definitive report is generated and archived. It can be viewed at any time from the academic year history.

"Carry forward balances" option​

During financial closure, the carry_forward option allows unpaid balances to be carried forward to the new academic year. Students who have not settled their fees will see the carried amount appear in their new year's fee sheet.

Export

The financial report can be exported to PDF or CSV from the "Export" button at the top of the table.
