View your child's school report cards directly from the mobile app.

Receiving a report card​

As soon as a report card is published by the school, you receive:

  1. A push notification: "[First name]'s report card for [term] is available"
  2. An email with the PDF attached

Viewing a report card​

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap "Results"
  3. Select the report card (term and year)
  4. The report card opens in integrated view

The report card contains:

  • Grades by subject
  • Averages (per subject, overall)
  • Class rank
  • Absences for the period
  • Teacher assessments
  • School stamp and signature

Downloading the PDF​

On the report card screen, tap "Download" to save the PDF to your phone.

Report card history​

All report cards published since the beginning of your child's schooling are archived and accessible at any time in the app.

Academic record​

hemle-mobile → Results → Academic record

The academic record shows your child's complete history:

  • All academic years
  • Class and level for each year
  • Year-end decision (Promoted / Repeating / Graduated)
  • Link to each report card
Privacy

Your child's report cards and results are visible only to you. No other parent has access to this information.
