HEMLE School Hub ("HEMLE", "we", "us") is operated by IBS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application or web platform. By using HEMLE, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo provided during registration or via Google/Apple Sign-In.

Location data: precise GPS coordinates, collected only when you use map features (school discovery, distance calculation). Location is never collected in the background.

Photos and files: images you upload for profile photos or documents. Files are stored securely on our servers.

Biometric data: fingerprint or face recognition used only for local authentication on your device. Biometric data never leaves your device.

Device identifiers: a push notification token (FCM) is generated to deliver notifications. Your device model and OS version may be collected for technical support.

Usage data: app activity such as screens visited and features used, collected to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and personalize the school management service • Send push notifications about grades, attendance, and school events • Enable secure messaging between parents, students, and teachers • Display school locations and calculate distances • Improve app performance and fix technical issues • Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

HEMLE uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics) • Google Maps Platform (school location features) • Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In (optional authentication)

These services may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only:

• With the school your account is linked to, to provide the service • With third-party service providers listed above, solely to operate the app • When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hemle@gmail.com. Deletion is processed within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

HEMLE is designed for use by schools, parents, and students. Student accounts are created and managed by school administrators. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental or school consent. If you believe a child's data has been collected without proper consent, contact us immediately.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted communications (HTTPS), secure token-based authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data • Withdraw consent for optional data processing
